Field Notes: Water, Work, Food

My final series of Field Notes designs are based on the work of American graphic designer Lester Beall, specifically his posters for the Rural Electrification Administration

In this time of uncertainty, many of us are rediscovering what’s really important and how lucky we are. I hope when we come out of this crisis we don’t forget.

Originally started to improve my Affinity Designer skills, this series is mainly inspired by specific graphic designs, or designers, I admire. The Field Notes format and the need to include the logo give an interesting framework as a starting point.

I hadn't originally intended these to be shared. However, as my photography projects are mainly on hold for the foreseeable future and we suddenly have more time, why not.

Stay safe out there.
